Material selections - do not auto populate selling price
I notice that when I auto add a new product to my selections, both the unit cost and selling price fields are populated with the selling price. I want the selling price field to be blank so that I remember to add a markup before sending selections to my client.

Invoice reminders should show the balance instead of the total amount
More often than not I am sending reminders to my clients to pay partially paid invoices. I would prefer if the email sent the remaining amount instead of the full amount because right now it is causing some confusion for my clients.
