Users would like a PDF export option in addition to the existing CSV export. The main use case for PDF is printing and providing a more visual, easy-to-read format than the CSV export.

Timesheet Global Page – Display Project Name
When clicking on a person’s name, you can see details such as their arrival and departure times and the project address. It would be helpful to also display the project number and/or project name, as the address alone can make it difficult for some users to identify the project.

Batch Payments
When we pay a supplier, we often make one global payment that covers multiple invoices. This is easy to manage in QuickBooks. In Billdr, however, when we record a payment covering multiple bills, the system creates a separate payment for each bill instead of a single payment for the total amount. This makes it difficult to match the payment in Billdr with the single bank transaction. Expected behavior: Allow users to create one batch payment covering multiple supplier bills, so the total payment matches the actual bank transaction.

Split the sync settings so users can choose to sync invoices only, without syncing payments. Why not sync payments? Because some users make batch payments to the same supplier in QBO, which already reflect those transactions.

Request: Allow supplier invoice files uploaded to Billdr PRO to be automatically renamed using the following format: Supplier Name – Invoice Number Example: ABC Plumbing – INV-12345.pdf Use case: This would make supplier invoices easier to identify, organize, and process when preparing supplier payments. Expected behavior: When Billdr PRO identifies the supplier name and invoice number from an uploaded invoice, the system should automatically rename the associated file accordingly.

Quote - Collaborate on a quote
My team and I are currently working on a quote for a job, we realized that we all cant be working on the quote at the same time, such as adding to it, changing pricing, etc. If there was a way for all of us to work on it at the same time that would be great. We also realized if someone saves and exits, it doesnt automatically save on everyone elses computer

Pouvoir entrer une heure de départ oubliée le matin sans devoir écrire l'heure de fin et pouvoir l'enregistrer parfois les employés oublient de puncher le matin et punch plus tard . donc possible de corriger au moment même au lieu d'attendre la fin de la journée

Dans la section des fournisseurs, ça serait intéressant d'avoir nos propre metier qu'on peut decider. Par exemple je veux tout classer dans climatisation et bien ce n'est pas possible car il ne fait partie de la liste et meme si je met ce titre dans le role, la barre de recherhe cherche seulement dans le nom "climatisation" donc impossible de retrouver toutes les entreprises dans climatisation facliement

Improve Gantt Chart View for Employee App
For site superintendents, using a phone on site is much more practical than a laptop, but the mobile app currently makes it difficult to see the full schedule. When we rotate our phones, the visible area actually gets smaller and scrolling becomes even harder, likely because the app redirects to the website.

I would like my employees to be able to edit their project schedule and tasks. Currently, they have to notify an admin to edit the schedule and tasks if there’s a delay for example, which is an extra (and to me unnecessary) step.
