My calendar gets messy with many tasks. I’d like to hide overarching tasks like management and cleaning as I don’t need to see these every day.

Timesheet - PDF Export
Users would like a PDF export option in addition to the existing CSV export. The main use case for PDF is printing and providing a more visual, easy-to-read format than the CSV export.

Timesheet Global Page – Display Project Name
When clicking on a person’s name, you can see details such as their arrival and departure times and the project address. It would be helpful to also display the project number and/or project name, as the address alone can make it difficult for some users to identify the project.

Prevent Approval of Partially Categorized Time Entries
Description: It is currently possible to approve time entries that have not been fully categorized under cost codes. This can lead to payroll and job-costing errors. Could we add a validation that prevents approval when the total categorized hours do not match the employee’s total shift duration? Example: If an employee worked an 8-hour shift but only 6 hours were assigned to cost codes, the system would block approval and display a warning indicating that 2 hours still need to be categorized.

QBO – Split Invoice & Payment Auto-Sync
Split the sync settings so users can choose to sync invoices only, without syncing payments. Why not sync payments? Because some users make batch payments to the same supplier in QBO, which already reflect those transactions.

Expense - Automatic Naming for Supplier Invoice Files
Request: Allow supplier invoice files uploaded to Billdr PRO to be automatically renamed using the following format: Supplier Name – Invoice Number Example: ABC Plumbing – INV-12345.pdf Use case: This would make supplier invoices easier to identify, organize, and process when preparing supplier payments. Expected behavior: When Billdr PRO identifies the supplier name and invoice number from an uploaded invoice, the system should automatically rename the associated file accordingly.

Editable Scope of Work(s)
We need to create a scopes of work for employees. Simply copying the contract without the prices is not enough. We need to remove somethings and add others. It would be better if you could create scopes of work like you create invoices etc. Copying some or all of the line items in the contract/quote. Then adding your own as needed and modifying copied items etc.

Batch Payments
When we pay a supplier, we often make one global payment that covers multiple invoices. This is easy to manage in QuickBooks. In Billdr, however, when we record a payment covering multiple bills, the system creates a separate payment for each bill instead of a single payment for the total amount. This makes it difficult to match the payment in Billdr with the single bank transaction. Expected behavior: Allow users to create one batch payment covering multiple supplier bills, so the total payment matches the actual bank transaction.

Subcontractor communication tracking
Trade email tied to trade to‑do (Division-based communication) We manage all email in Outlook. In Billdr we’re building a division/trade structure (e.g., 26‑Elec — Combined Electrical, 23‑HV — HVAC, etc.) with a trade parent to‑do and subtasks (PO, schedule, submittals, communication). What we’re missing is a way to keep all trade conversations in one place per trade inside Billdr, ideally: Ability to connect an email thread to a specific trade (division) to‑do, or a unique forwarding email address per trade/division (or per trade to‑do), so when we forward an Outlook email, Billdr automatically files it under that trade’s communication log, including attachments. Search/filter by Project + Division code (e.g., P26_0012 | 26‑Elec). This would eliminate copying/pasting emails into comments and prevent losing decisions/commitments in individual inboxes.

Custom Auto-numbering prefix for Projects/ vendor bills/ expenses (per project)
We want Billdr to automatically generate the Ref # for bills/expenses using a configurable format, ideally per project, similar to invoice numbering. Example: For project P26_0011 – Garage, automatically assign: BUR-GAR-B-0020, BUR-GAR-B-0021, BUR-GAR-B-0022… Why: reduces manual entry errors/duplicates during high-volume data entry and migrations makes reconciliation against outside systems (e.g., BT exports) easier keeps references consistent across the job (especially when bills aren’t tied to POs) Nice-to-have options: configurable prefix (BUR-GAR-B-) + zero-padded sequence length (0020) ability to set the starting number uniqueness enforced within a project (or globally)
