Schedules, Tasks - Edit schedule as an employee
I would like my employees to be able to edit their project schedule and tasks. Currently, they have to notify an admin to edit the schedule and tasks if there’s a delay for example, which is an extra (and to me unnecessary) step.

Material selections - "Ordered by" column
Problem 2: No clear ownership for ordering You need a way to assign who is responsible for ordering (ex: superintendent orders cabinetry), so that person can filter and focus on their items. Requested improvement: Add a field/tab/column like “Ordered By / Responsible”(assignable to a team member) Allow filtering views by that person (ex: “Show me everything Mike needs to order”) Business impact / urgency: This is causing daily operational issues and forcing a parallel workflow in a shared Google Sheet.

You need delivery/location-style statuses so the team can quickly answer: “Is it at the warehouse or already on site?” Requested improvement: Add more granular statuses (example options): Ordered Confirmed Backordered / Delayed Shipped Delivered – Warehouse Delivered – Job Site Installed (optional) Even better: make status labels customizable (edit wording + add/remove statuses) so you can match your internal terminology without needing ongoing feature requests.

Currently, the default reminder times are 7:40 AM and 4:00 PM. These do not reflect my employees’ actual work hours, and I’d like to change the default reminder times so I don’t have to change them for each employee.

I will select scope of work from my quote, then create the bid request. Once I am about to send out the bid request I want to make sure I selected the right scope of work but I cannot see which categories / tasks I have selected.

Vendor Bills – Missing Payment Method
Payment methods such as Cheque or Cash are available for Expenses, but not for Vendor Bills. We should add a Payment Method field to Vendor Bills and synchronize it with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Some examples: The electrician doesn't need plumbing fixtures The kitchen contractor doesn't need electrical fixtures Subcontractors shouldn't have access to financial information like budgets and invoices
