As an administrator, you can now easily share files or folders with your field employees.

To do so, open a project, go to the Files tab, and toggle the Shared with Employee option on or off.

Once shared, your employees can quickly access these files, organized by project, directly from their mobile phones. This is especially useful for viewing plans and other key documents on the go.
