We are pleased to introduce an advanced Budget view per project replacing the current Profit and Loss view. With this budget, you will have access to additional financial metrics to help you stay on top of your financial performance.
You can easily assign cost codes (general division or subdivision) to your quote categories, invoices, expenses, and change orders to accurately track your financials.
Important notes:
In the Expenses and Invoices tabs, we’ve combined the columns categories and cost codes (cost divisions and subdivisions): categories are simply cost divisions now.
We have mapped your quote categories to cost divisions from your templates & and My categories tab.
We moved the Expenses tab next to the Invoices tab for more clarity.
If you generate an invoice from an expense (cost-plus users) or from change orders, your invoice will automatically take the associated cost codes.
If you have not fully categorized your invoices or expenses, a red icon will be displayed to inform that an amount is still uncategorized.
We understand that these changes might raise some questions. However, rest assured that we are here to help as always.

From the QuickBooks integration page, you can now choose which document types to synchronize automatically.
For example, if you wish to synchronize only invoices and payments but not expenses, you can now do so.
If you uncheck all automated synchronization options, you can manually synchronize your documents one by one, giving you greater flexibility.
(coming soon) In the coming days, files and timesheets will also be synchronized with Quickbooks.

When creating a new change order, we previously used the same terms and conditions from your contract, which were difficult to update.
You can now easily edit the terms and conditions for each change order every time you send a new one.
Supplier Address Display: You can now include your supplier’s address when sending a Purchase Order.
Accurate Project Size Calculation With Discounts: We have corrected the project size amount to properly account for discounts.
Project Deletion: You now have the ability to fully delete a project from your archive section.
Enhanced PDF: We have added a page number and a signature date to PDF files for quotes, change orders and purchase orders.
Improved Branding on Documents: Your website URL is now displayed on all PDF documents, and we have improved the display of your logo.
