From the project timesheet tab, you can now generate an expense directly from recorded labor hours. This expense can later be transformed into an invoice for your customer.
Enter the project
Open the Timesheet tab
Click on the “Convert to Expense” link
Select a date range and choose the field employees
(Optional) Attach an Excel export with detailed work hours
Save and approve
✅ Once done, you will see your Budget tab automatically updated with this expense under the Timesheet column.
When you’re ready to bill, simply create an invoice, click “Add from” → “Expense”, and apply your margin before sending it to your customer.
