1) Better Scanning System for Expenses

We have replaced our scanning system (OCR) with OpenAI.
This will help better read your expense documents and save you time. We recommend scanning a maximum of 5 documents in one batch for the best experience.

Note: We are planning to add the scanning system to the Purchase Order/Bill to Pay this week as well.

2) Expenses Total Amount

We added a total amount card to both the global expense page and the expense tab of a project. It is located just beneath the filters. As you change filters—by date range or by vendor—you will see the total expenses according to your search.

3) QR Code

Introducing a new smart way to share a link with an auto-generated QR code.

Example use cases:

• Schedules: You can now easily print your schedule QR code and place it on your job site.
  This makes it very easy for everyone in the field to simply scan the code to access the public schedule/Gantt chart for the project.

• “Magic” Link / Project Creation Form: If you are at a showroom, for example, and you want an easy way for owners to request a quote, have them scan your QR code to fill out the form. Once completed, their project will be registered directly in your Billdr account.

4) Email Delivery Fixes

Finally, we noticed some issues with emails not being delivered correctly for bid requests and construction reports. These issues have now been fixed.
