Purchase orders & Construction reports

We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new features, now part of the COST-PLUS experience package:

Purchase Orders

Located within a project, you can now seamlessly issue Purchase Orders (POs) to subcontractors or suppliers. This feature allows you to efficiently track bills and payments, making it much easier to manage your expenses. It also serves as an excellent communication tool between general contractors, project managers, and accountants, while providing extra coverage in case documentation is required. Additionally, our Purchase Order system is fully synchronized with your QuickBooks Cost Codes.

With this feature, youโ€™ll be able to:

  • Track payments made and link them to specific POs.

  • Monitor outstanding balances.

  • Review PO statuses.

  • And much more!

Construction Reports

Also located within a project, construction reports enable you to send detailed progress reports to your clients. These reports include:

  • A budget recap overview.

  • A detailed scope of work and progress completion notes.

  • General notes.

  • Photos from daily logs or other sources.

  • A client to-do list.

This tool is designed to improve communication between you and your clients. Our reports are easy to duplicate, allowing you to create multiple versions as your project progresses.
