Enable Custom Client-Facing Contact Info in Document Headers

When setting up an account, the company owner's information is used by default in the header section of documents (quotes and invoices). However, this often displays their personal email address and phone number.

Ideally, it should be possible to override this information in the Branding section of the documents. This would allow users to display a more generic, client-facing email address or phone number, instead of having to edit the owner’s personal information.
