Project-based hourly rate

Today, when employees punch time on a project, the system only takes the internal cost. However, this cost sometimes needs to be adjusted per project, especially in the Quebec market.

Ideally, the project manager would set a different hourly rate per project. As a rule, if no project-specific rate is defined, the system would use the default timesheet rate. If a different rate is set for the project, the timesheet would use that rate instead.
