Add sticky headers to 'My Projects' page

It would be great if in the admin portal and web version of the app, on the ‘My Projects’ page, the action buttons, filters, and search box were sticky and followed you as you scrolled down through the list. Making it simpler to jump from scrolling to finding the right project in a long list.
