Allow Changing Pictures in templates

Currently, you cannot change the pictures for templates. However, premade templates by Billdr have pictures associated with them, and they do “transfer to” quotes created from them. So it seems the functionality exists everywhere but in the template itself. It might be a fairly small code change required. Also, should really change the title on templates from “my quotes” to My Templates. It’s less confusing.
