Automated lien waiver requests to subcontractors

Problem: No way to automatically email subcontractors asking them to complete their lien waiver (quittance). The process is critical but tedious.
Request: Add a button (and optionally scheduled reminders) to send lien waiver requests to subs, with status tracking.
Impact: Medium-high. Compliance-related, high-value admin time saver.
