Connect Quote / Contract to Selections

The $ value of my quote (to-bid) should go up or down based on which selections are made.

Lump sum contracts: If the quote is signed (in construction), a Change Order should be automatically issued when the selection is approved.

Cost Plus: If the estimate is signed (in construction), an invoices should be automatically issued when the selection is approved
