Create an Alert on Timesheet (Hours Overlap)

Create an alert or visual cue on the timesheet when someone clocks in on two jobs on the same day and the hours overlap.
For example: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (there is a one-hour overlap), which requires our attention.
