Yes and the corresponding field in notifications. The “Hi Full Name” sounds like the Terminator:
“Hi Sarrh Conner, you have been targeted for termination.”
While funny it is kind of silly, in North America if you use the first name, you use it by itself. If you are going for formal, it is usually just the last name preceded by Mr or Ms.
