Daily Logs - Change 'Crew on site' response field to dropdown menu of employees that clocked in

Currently, the ‘Crew on site’ response field in Daily Logs is a long answer text field. Changing it to a dropdown menu of employees that clocked in that day would save me time when filling out this field.
