not when is accepted. before that. Once you send to a client and i had feedback before is accepted. I cant do any changes once you send for review

you mean once it is accepted by client? in this situation think the best way to do it is to have an option to return it to pending then having a notice send to the client to tell him that the change order is back to pending or ‘‘canceled’’ for ((insert reason here) and the amount involved is removed from the contract. I also think it could be good to have.
