The employee view could benefit from some key updates to enhance usability and efficiency. While I appreciate the simplicity of the interface, it currently lacks crucial information that would help employees perform their tasks more effectively.
When an employee selects a task, they should be able to view associated customer information—or at the very least, have the ability to click through to access it. Additionally, the address listed in each task should be interactive. Being able to click the address to open it in a maps application would help employees easily navigate to the job site. It would also be extremely helpful for employees to have access to the customer's phone number in case they need to make contact directly.
At the moment, the task view only displays the address, and it's not clickable, which limits its usefulness in the field.
Suggestions for Calendar/Schedule View
The calendar or schedule interface also needs improvement in terms of clarity and context. Currently, employees only see an address or generic “task” label. It would be much more helpful if the customer’s name were displayed alongside the address. Knowing the homeowner's name in advance helps establish a more professional and personal connection upon arrival.
