Project creation improvements

When creating a new project there should be a 3rd option of choosing an existing customer right from the beginning so that there info comes up i don’t have to open a separate window to go searching for a previous address to start a new project.

also when choosing a previous customer a search bar would soon be needed and the list of customers is getting pretty long
