Expense - Automatic Naming for Supplier Invoice Files

Request:
Allow supplier invoice files uploaded to Billdr PRO to be automatically renamed using the following format:

Supplier Name – Invoice Number

Example:
ABC Plumbing – INV-12345.pdf

Use case:
This would make supplier invoices easier to identify, organize, and process when preparing supplier payments.

Expected behavior:
When Billdr PRO identifies the supplier name and invoice number from an uploaded invoice, the system should automatically rename the associated file accordingly.
