Expenses – Enter Amount Before or After Taxes

In some cases, it is easier for users to enter the total amount including taxes rather than the amount before taxes.

To improve the user experience, we should add a Total Amount (After Taxes) field and let the system automatically calculate the pre-tax amount by reversing the applicable tax rates.
