Expenses Without Mandatory Project Assignment

User wants to add expenses that are not related to a construction project. She knows she can create an internal project, but does not want to use that workaround.

She would prefer a solution similar to accounting software, where assigning a project is optional. Creating an internal project also creates a client in QuickBooks, which she wants to avoid.
