Generic/Company email for document headers and signatures

I want the ability to use a generic company email (e.g., info@company.com) in the header and signature block of documents like Change Orders, instead of the individual team member's profile email. This is important because currently, when a team member like Michael signs, his personal email appears, which we want to avoid for professional consistency. We would like multiple team members to be able to use the same "info" address on documents.
