Hide Quote Validity after signature

I want the "Validity and # of days" field to be automatically removed or hidden once a quote is signed. Currently, it remains on the signed document, which makes it look like the company forgot to remove it and can be confusing as it implies the signed quote is only good for a certain number of days. It is irrelevant once the contract is signed.
