Improve Gantt Chart View for Employee App

For site superintendents, using a phone on site is much more practical than a laptop, but the mobile app currently makes it difficult to see the full schedule. When we rotate our phones, the visible area actually gets smaller and scrolling becomes even harder, likely because the app redirects to the website.
