Include report time in paid shift duration

I want the time spent filling out daily logs/reports to be included in the employee's paid shift. Currently, the clock stops when they hit 'Clock Out', and then they are prompted for the report, meaning they are working 'off the clock' while reporting. This time should be accounted for in their total hours.
