Itemized bidding for subtrades

I want subtrades to be able to enter prices for individual items within a bid request's scope of work, rather than just a total for the category. Currently, they have to put the breakdown in the "Additional notes" section because the "Amount" column for items is not editable by them. This would make it much easier to compare detailed bids.
