Manual "Accepted" status for subcontractor bid requests

I want to be able to manually mark a subcontractor bid request as "Accepted" (or similar) when they confirm via phone that they will bid. Currently, the status only updates when they interact with the platform. This is important for tracking and having a record in the file that they agreed to submit a bid.
