Mark project as complete without signing a quote

Sometimes I work as a subcontractor. For these jobs I do not need to create a quote, just need to send some invoices. Right now I have to create a fake quote and mark it as signed before I am allowed to mark the project as Completed. I want to mark my project as complete without having to create a fake quote.
