Material selections - "Ordered by" column

Problem 2: No clear ownership for ordering You need a way to assign who is responsible for ordering (ex: superintendent orders cabinetry), so that person can filter and focus on their items.

Requested improvement:

Add a field/tab/column like “Ordered By / Responsible”(assignable to a team member)

Allow filtering views by that person (ex: “Show me everything Mike needs to order”)

Business impact / urgency: This is causing daily operational issues and forcing a parallel workflow in a shared Google Sheet.
