Quote categories - Sorting/re-ordering option

When I add categories (the ones that are mine) in submissions, there is no automatic sorting—either alphabetically or numerically. In my case, I used numbered categories so that the standard installation order on a job site would apply, but unfortunately it seems to be more random than anything else.

could you do something about it?
