Replace a line item in a quote with a catalog item in place

Problem: After importing a quote template, swapping an item requires scrolling to the bottom, adding from the catalog, moving it back up, and deleting the old one.
Request: Add a “Replace with catalog item” action directly on each line item, keeping its position.
Impact: Medium. Recurring friction for every templated quote.
