Restrict Daily Log Notifications to Assigned Project Managers

I want to be able to restrict daily log notifications so that Project Managers only receive them for the specific jobs they are assigned to. Currently, all users with Admin permissions receive notifications for every job, which is overwhelming for PMs who aren't involved in those particular projects. I'm fine with top-level Admins getting all notifications, but PMs should only see what's relevant to them.
