Rounding to Display Values in Quotes

I want the system to calculate the total based on the rounded values shown on the screen, rather than raw unrounded values. This is critical for government and VA project bids where a $0.01 discrepancy can lead to a rejected bid. Currently, the total sums raw values, which can cause a $0.01 difference from the sum of the displayed (rounded) line items.
