Schedule - subcontractor tasks (Accept task feature)

Add an "Accept" step before "Mark as done" on subcontractor tasks. They want two checkboxes: one for accepted, one for completed, with a notification for each.

Today Laurence calls each subcontractor to confirm they got the request.
