Select files from project during bid request creation

I want to be able to select files directly from the project's "Files" section when creating a bid request. Currently, I have to either download and drag-and-drop them or generate a share link for every bid, which is time-consuming. It would be much more efficient to just pick them from the existing project files within the bid creation screen.
