Separate Customizable Bid Request Reminder Template

I want to be able to customize the bid request reminder email separately from the base bid request template. Currently, it just resends the base template, which can result in blank or confusing emails being sent to subtrades if the base template wasn't designed for reminders. This is important to ensure professional communication with our subtrades.
