Trade email tied to trade to‑do (Division-based communication)

We manage all email in Outlook. In Billdr we’re building a division/trade structure (e.g., 26‑Elec — Combined Electrical, 23‑HV — HVAC, etc.) with a trade parent to‑do and subtasks (PO, schedule, submittals, communication).

What we’re missing is a way to keep all trade conversations in one place per trade inside Billdr, ideally: Ability to connect an email thread to a specific trade (division) to‑do, or a unique forwarding email address per trade/division (or per trade to‑do), so when we forward an Outlook email, Billdr automatically files it under that trade’s communication log, including attachments.

Search/filter by Project + Division code (e.g., P26_0012 | 26‑Elec).

This would eliminate copying/pasting emails into comments and prevent losing decisions/commitments in individual inboxes.
