Subcontractors – Magic Link for Insurance Details

Hey guys, is there a magic link that I can send to subcontractors that would have them enter in their contact information, CCB license number, their 1099 information and their certificate of insurance showing me as an additional insured?

This is something which we are obligated to collect from every subcontractor in order to prove that they are not an employee so we don't have to pay extra workers comp for them and we are required to show this for our general liability insurance companies so that they know that they are not liable for this subcontractor and the mistakes they make.

Having a magic link for subcontractors would be very useful.
