I have multiple contacts for one company/vendor in my professional contacts and I need to easily identify which one to use for issuing POs and tracking insurance

    Company-based contact grouping and bid filtering

    I want to be able to group multiple contacts under one company so I can easily select the right person for a bid and exclude others (like accounting) who shouldn't receive quotes. This is important because sometimes people change and we don't always remember the specific person's name, and some contacts at a company shouldn't be getting quotes.
