Auto-add standard documents/folders upon quote acceptance
I want to be able to automatically add a specific folder with standard documents to every new project once a quote is accepted. Currently, I have to manually upload the same files for every client, and having them auto-populate would save a lot of time.

Reusable Folder Structure
The user wants to be able to create a “folder template” so that the same folder structure (e.g., for organizing quotes) is automatically generated for each new project, instead of having to create it manually every time.
