Materials Selection 🌈

We are excited to introduce a fresh new feature: Materials Selection!

When your clients need to decide which tiles, paint color, and faucets they want. They can access all the information they need to lock-in their decisions on the Client Dashboard.

How it works

1. Go to a project and open the Selections tab.

2. Create a section (e.g., Bathroom).

3. Create a group (e.g., Tiles).

4. Copy and paste the product links — the information will automatically populate within 30 seconds.

5. Share the selections with your client!

You will receive an email notification once the client approves a selection from their dashboard.

To save even more time, you can also create a template of common selections directly from your Templates & Costs page.

Please note that we have removed the ‘Material’ tab for now.

Forward Expenses by Email 💸📮

Share your unique Billdr email address with your supplier or subcontractor, and any document they send as an attachment will automatically appear on your Billdr Expenses page — attachment included!

Other small improvements 👀

• Added an import function on the contact page.

• Purchase Order opened notification: A notification is now triggered when a supplier opens a PO.

• Option to disable Quote PDF attachment: Allows sending quotes without attached PDFs to encourage use of the client dashboard and open tracking event.

• Invoice → Add from expense: The company name is now added to the invoice item task along with the contact name.
