Some of GC’s customers work with property management companies that manage multiple buildings. In these cases, each building may have a different contact name, but they often share the same email address (typically a central property management email).Currently, Billdr does not allow multiple contacts with different names if they share the same email address. This prevents users from accurately representing the point of contact for each building while still using the correct shared email.

By default, the invoice list description column takes the first item of the invoice. However, some users do not want to use the first item of their invoice as the summary description. For example, invoices can contain groups, and in some cases, it makes more sense to use the group description instead, or have them choose the description
