Billdr PRO: Various product improvements

QuickBooks Sync 🔄

• All files now sync seamlessly with QuickBooks, including expenses, purchase orders, bills, and PO payments.

• Expense transaction dates are now pushed correctly into QuickBooks, so records always line up perfectly.

• All projects (sub-customers) now sync to QuickBooks with the format: {NAME – PROJECT_NUMBER} Example: Hugo Test – P25_0001

Invoices 💵

• The new invoice grouping feature makes managing multiple invoice items more organized.

Email Improvements 📧

• Invoice emails now display the total amount in all communications (sent, reminder, opened). Previously, the sub-total amount was displayed.

Team Notifications 💬

• You can now bulk-notify employees in one go to send their link to their portal on daily logs section

Professionals contact - SSN number 👷🏻‍♂️

• Professionals now include an insurance number field in the list.
