Batch Payments

When we pay a supplier, we often make one global payment that covers multiple invoices. This is easy to manage in QuickBooks. In Billdr, however, when we record a payment covering multiple bills, the system creates a separate payment for each bill instead of a single payment for the total amount. This makes it difficult to match the payment in Billdr with the single bank transaction. Expected behavior: Allow users to create one batch payment covering multiple supplier bills, so the total payment matches the actual bank transaction.

Delete POs out of QBO from Billdr

Right now I need to delete POs from Billdr, then login to QBO to delete the PO there too. Would be nice to have this down to one step

Make invoices the same way as quotes with groups, categories, tasks and the option to hide tasks (or categories for that matter), and only show sub-totals for whichever one we'd like.

Schedule View could show Project Name rather than Address

Currently, when I’m looking at the schedule view, I can see the color and the address of a project. Would it not make sense to have the Project Name shown instead? I don’t memorize my addresses as easily as the Project Name.

Mobile App (Admin)

Just a few suggestions for mobile app features that would make Biller much more useful to me, especially in the field: Client section, the ability to add and access customer information, as well as send the inquiry form to new clients from the app. Pricing and materials snapshot. Simple quotes and invoices. (I know the full program can be accessed via web browser on mobile, but it is not ideal on smaller screens.) Notes section for adding measurements, takeoffs, anything that might be discussed with a client during initial visit.

Please add week and month to quantity type dropdowns.

I get complaints from customers that get quotes with “3 each” etc when we are dealing with months or weeks. If they were added to the dropdown that would be great. I’m sure others would like to see metric units there as well.
