How to transfer your clients and cost catalog from QuickBooks to Billdr PRO?

Connect your QuickBooks Online account with Billdr PRO

As a first step, connect your QBO on Billdr PRO

Billdr PRO > Settings > App integration > Connect

Note: Our integration with QuickBooks Online is mostly a one-way sync only. This means that you will need to manage everything on Billdr PRO for it to be reflected in QuickBooks Online. We do not support the QuickBooks Desktop version, only the online version.

Transferring your QuickBooks clients

Navigate to the contact page and click on our magic button, “Import from QuickBooks.”

Transferring your QuickBooks product and services to the Billdr PRO cost catalogue.

  1. Export your product and services from QuickBooks

  2. Download the Billdr PRO template from this page

  3. Copy/Past your QuickBooks product and services into the Billdr PRO template

  4. Export the Billdr PRO template in CSV

  5. Import Billdr PRO template

Transferring your QuickBooks Chart of accounts to Billdr PRO Cost Codes

You will need to connect your QuickBooks account with Billdr PRO first from the settings. Once this step is completed, simply click on the import button located in the cost-codes tab.

You will then be able to categorize your invoices or expenses according to your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts.
