1. What Are Client Reports?

Client reports allow you to share project updates in a clear, professional format. Reports can include:

  • Progress updates

  • Photos (e.g: from daily logs)

  • Notes and comments

  • Daily or periodic summaries

Reports help keep clients informed without long emails or calls.

2. Where to Create a Report

To create a report:

  1. Open the project you want to work on

  2. Go to the Reports section

  3. Click Create Report

You can create as many reports as needed for a project.

3. Adding Content to a Report

When creating a report, you can:

  • Add a title (for example: “Weekly Progress Report”)

  • Write notes or a summary of the work completed

  • Upload photos to visually show progress

Reports are flexible—you decide how much detail to include.

4. Saving and Sharing the Report

Once your report is ready:

  • Save the report

  • Choose whether to share it with your client

If shared, the report will appear directly in the client dashboard, where they can view it anytime.

5. Controlling Client Access

You stay in control of what the client sees:

  • Reports are only visible if you choose to share them

  • You can keep reports internal or client-facing

This lets you manage transparency while protecting internal notes.

6. Why Use Client Reports?

Using reports helps you:

  • Keep clients informed without extra communication

  • Build trust with clear documentation

  • Provide a professional project experience

  • Reduce misunderstandings and follow-up questions
