Staying connected
If you want to avoid the login step (waiting to receive a 6-digit code), simply add our page to your favorites after logging in. This way, a cookie will be saved in your web browser and you should be automatically logged in next time.
Chat Bot
If our chatbot is covering a button action, you may want to change your screen size (zoom in or out) to access the target button.
Mobile
As an administrator, you can use our web version on your mobile phone at https://app.billdr.co/. Our native applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play are no longer functional; however, we are actively planning a new app with a target release in Q2 2026.
Project Address
If you cannot create a project or select one from the dropdown menu, please try refreshing the page first. As you begin typing the address, a dropdown menu should appear—be sure to select one of the options from the list. If the address is very new and not yet recognized by Google, you can select just the city name instead.
Employee can’t access their platform
This happens sometimes, and the easiest way to troubleshoot the issue is to send them their portal link via email instead of text message, as the URL sometimes gets cut off.
To do that, just go to the My Team page, click “View User App,” and copy the URL. Send it by email (with your email provider outside of billdr)
Please check whether your employee has also marked our text message as spam, as this is a common issue. To reactivate, the user can reply with: START to the same phone number that originally sent the messages.
